THE ORGANIZATION WAS INCORPORATED UNDER THE NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE TO PROVIDE QUALITY ADULT DAY CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO FAMILIES AND OTHERS AFFECTED BY ALZHEIMER'S AND MEMORY IMPAIRMENT DISEASES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES QUALITY ADULT CARE PROGRAMS, FAMILY SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND REFERRALS, CASE MANAGEMENT, CRISIS INTERVENTION, FAMILY AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION, AND ADVOCACY.
