THE GREATER NEW YORK CHAPTER CONSISTS OF MEMBERS FROM ALL FIVE BOROUGHS AND LONG ISLAND. IT IS ONE OF THE NATIONS OLDEST AND LARGEST VOLUNTEER SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS OF EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN WHO ARE DEDICATED TO ENRICHING, SUSTAINING AND ENSURING THE CULTURE AND ECONOMIC SURVIVAL OF AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHERS OF AFRICAN ANCESTRY.
