THE MISSION OF THE GREENE SCHOOL IS TO ORGANIZE, OPERATE AND PROMOTE A NOT-FOR-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN WESTERN RHODE ISLAND THAT SHALL EMCOMPASS A CHARTER AND/OR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL AND THAT SHALL BE AT ALL TIMES OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND FOR THE EDUCATIONAL SCIENTIFIC, AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES PROVIDED IN THE U.S. IRS CODE 501(C)(3).
