HARMONY WAS FOUNDED TO PROVIDE STUDENTS IN UNDER-SERVED COMMUNITIES WITH FREE INSTRUMENTS, IN-DEPTH MUSICAL INSTRUCTION, ORCHESTRAL AND CHORAL TRAINING, AND ACCESS TO A VARIETY OF CULTURAL PROGRAMS.
