THE HILLSIDE SWIM CLUB, INC. WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND GENERAL WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS, AND IN PURSUANCE THEREOF, TO CONSTRUCT, OWN AND OPERATE A SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, TOGETHER WITH SUCH INCIDENTAL OBJECTS AS ARE APPROPRIATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THIS ACTIVITY FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF ITS MEMBERS.
