To empower sexual and gender minorities and other individuals from historically excluded communities to take control of their wellness by providing empathetic safe emotionally supportive holistic and high-quality healthcare services. This was the now dissolved Organizations mission when it was operational from July 2014-the end of August 2023. The current mission is only to wind up affairs in a way which complies with Federal and State laws and regulations and ensure continuity of care for the population formerly served by the now dissolved Organization.
