TO PROVIDE HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION, AND LIFE INSURANCE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE MICHAELS ORGANIZATION. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY BOTH EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE TRUST FUND, INSURANCE PRODUCTS AND PLAN ADMINISTRATION.
