THE NIPPON CLUB, INC. (THE CLUB) WAS INCORPORATED AS A MEMBERSHIPCORPORATION ON MAY 24, 1915 UNDER THE MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION LAW OFTHE STATE OF NEW YORK. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE CLUB IS TO PROMOTEFRIENDSHIP AND BETTER CULTURAL, ECONOMIC AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS.
