THE PENN CLUB OF NEW YORK HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO ENCOURAGE AND CULTIVATE FREE INTERCHANGE, SOCIAL ACTIVITY AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP AMONG ALUMNI, FACULTY, STAFF, STUDENTS AND FRIENDS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA AND TO ASSIST AND PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF THE UNIVERSITY IN THE NEW YORK CITY AREA. THE CLUB IS INTENDED TO STRENGTHEN THE UNIVERSITY'S INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE ALUMNI AFFAIRS AND FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, WHILE FURTHERING THE UNIVERSITY'S EDUCATIONAL MISSION.
