The purpose of The Roland Center is to serve developmentally disabled adults by providing traditional and innovative programs, developmental and vocational rehabilitation services that will maximize their social and vocational potentials to enhance the community's understanding and acceptance of the handicapped and promote their recognition and integration as functional members of the community.
