WELLSPRING PROVIDES A DISCIPLESHIP MODEL FOR INDIVIDUALS AND CHURCHES TO ENGAGE AS A PART OF THEIR OVERALL SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT. THIS IS DONE THROUGH RETREAT AND SMALL GROUP EXPERIENCES AND THROUGH EQUIPPING CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE DISCIPLESHIP PROCESS.
