TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING YOUNG WOMEN ATTENDING AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING WHO HAVE AN INTEREST IN GOLF AND GOLFING ACTIVITIES; TO FOSTER GIRLS' JUNIOR LEVEL INVOLVEMENT IN GOLF AND COMPETITION; AND, TO PROMOTE THE GAME OF GOLF TO ALL WOMEN.
