ALSO IN THE CONTEXT OF THESE PURPOSES, THE FOUNDATION SHALL LOOK FOR INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO HEALTH SERVICES IN HELPING YOUTH AND SENIORS AT RISK DUE TO SUCH UNDERLYING PROBLEMS AS POVERTY AND MENTAL ILLNESS.
