THE MISSION OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO INSPIRE AND EMPOWER YOUTH AND ADULTS FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS TO MAXIMIZE THEIR POTENTIAL WHILE BUILDING LIFE SKILLS. THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR STRETCHING ABILITIES AND BUILDING CONFIDENCE WHILE PRODUCING PROFESSIONAL QUALITY PRODUCTIONS AND TRAINING PERFORMERS IN ALL AREAS OF MUSICAL THEATRE.
