Mission
The purpose of the Thomasville Community Development Corporation is to improve the quality of life and wealth creation opportunities for residents in Thomasville through affordable housing, community wellness and small business vitality. All activities conducted by the Thomasville Community Development Corporation take place within Thomas County with neighborhood-specific activities to be conducted in neighborhoods designated by the City of Thomasvilles Blueprint 2028 (10 year Strategic Plan) Investment Sector Strategies map.
