THE PURPOSE OF THE TIDAL WAVE SWIMMING PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE A FULL-RANGE SWIM PROGRAM FOR PRE-COMPETITIVE TO NATIONAL CALIBER SWIMMERS BASED ON THE IDEALS OF FUN, FITNESS, AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO EACH INDIVIDUAL TO REACH HIS OR HER PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL, AND EMOTIONAL POTENTIAL.
