Mission
The Title Insurance Rate Service Association is a not-for-profit membership organization whose principal income is derived from the payment of dues by its members. Continued on Schedule O.The Associations mission is to assemble market data on the title insurance industry for submission to the New York State Insurance Department. Since all insurance premiums are set by N.Y.S.I.D., this data can be used to apply for premium rate adjustments.
