We seek to address the current mental health crisis occurring in California and the United States as a whole by way of advocating for fundingresearch into the potential for psychedelic medicines to be used in treating and curing various mental health disorders, including PTSD,addiction, depression and anxiety.We will develop informational materials to inform the public about psychedelics, the current state of the research into their use to treat mentalhealth disorders, and the benefits to be gained by further study of these medicines in this context. We will also advocate for additional publicfunding for research into the use of psychedelic medicines to treat mental health disorders.
