TO OPERATE, MAINTAIN, AND PROMOTE SHOOTING SPORTS AT THE RATTLESNAKE MOUNTAIN SHOOTING FACILITY. TO PROVIDE FIREARMS INSTRUCTION, TRAINING AND EDUCATION, AND TO PROMOTE PUBLIC SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES TO AREA NON-PROFITS INTERESTED IN SHOOTING SPORTS AND HUNTER SAFETY.
