TO PROVIDE A LIFE SKILLS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM IN A STRUCTURED AMATEUR BASEBALL SETTING. THE CORPORATION WILL SEEK TO PROVIDE PARTICIPATING YOUTH MEMBERS WITH LIFE SKILLS AND LESSONS DURING TEAM MEETINGS, PRACTICE SESSIONS, AND GAME PLAY.
