THE MISSION OF THE TRURO HISTORICAL SOCIETY IS TO ACQUIRE, PROTECT, DISPLAY AND MAINTAIN ARTIFACTS OF INTEREST TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THE TRURO COMMUNITY. DISPLAYS WILL ROTATE, NEW ITEMS ACQUIRED, EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMS PRESENTED, ALL IN ORDER TO EXPAND INTEREST IN AND BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF OUR HISTORICAL HERITAGE
