THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ASSISTING WITH HOTEL OR LONG TERM STAY BILLS WHILE THE CHILD IS BEING TREATED WITH CANCER IN A LOCATION AWAY FROM THEIR RESIDENCE, AND COST ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR TREATMENT.
