THE FUND WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE WELL-TRAINED AND QUALIFIED WORKERS TO PERFORM CULINARY AND OTHER SERVICE WORK TO MEET ANY NEEDS OF THE HOSPITALITY AND GAMING INDUSTRY.
