Mission
THE UNITED BROTHERHOOD OF CARPENTERS AND JOINERS OF AMERICA LOCAL 2236 REPRESENTS THE INTERESTS OF WORKERS IN THE DRYWALL & LATHERING INDUSTRY. THE LOCAL HELPS WORKERS NEGOTIATE WITH EMPLOYERS AS A GROUP IN AN EFFORT TO BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS AND INCREASE WAGES. THE LOCAL ALSO HELPS ENSURE MANAGEMENT TREATS MEMBERS FAIRLY AND WITH RESPECT.
