THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY ASSOCIATION OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY WHICH IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF IRC SECTION 501(C)(3), AND TO ENGAGE IN OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATED THERETO.
