THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO UCEF FUND INC. THE ORGANIZATION'S SUPPORT OF THE PROGRAMS OF UCEF FUND INCLUDE FUNDING SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN ATTENDING ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS MEETING CERTAIN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING FINANCIAL RESTRICTIONS ON THEIR FAMILY INCOME.
