Mission
THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS TO, AND FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF, ITS MEMBERS, THROUGH NEW YORK STATE'S FAMILY HEALTH PLUS PROGRAM. THE COVERED MEMBERS ARE FAMILY HOME DAY CARE PROVIDERS, GROUP FAMILY HOME DAY CARE PROVIDERS, AND LEGALLY-EXEMPT CHILD CARE PROVIDERS WHO PROVIDE CARE IN THE RESIDENCE IN NEW YORK CITY.
