To engage in activities which are exclusively for charitable purposes, including in particular for honoring the integrity, history and diversity of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender people in the State of Nebraska and surrounding communities through education, assistance, and celebration; eliminating prejudice and discrimination.
