THE VEBA TRUST IS THE FUNDING VEHICLE FOR THE UPS FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN, THE UPS HEALTH CARE PLAN, AND THE UPS RETIRED EMPLOYEES HEALTH CARE PLAN. THE PLANS PROVIDE BENEFITS TO COVERED ACTIVE AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, INC. AND SUBSIDIARIES INCLUDING THEIR DEPENDENTS.
