THE PRIMARY MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ASSIST THE U.S. COAST GUARD ACADEMY FACULTY AND STAFF WITH PRE-AWARD AND POST-AWARD ACTIVITIES, DEVELOPMENT, COMPLIANCE AND ANNUAL REPORTING, AND TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE U. S. COAST GUARD ACADEMY TO SIGN AND SUBMIT APPROVED GRANT APPLICATIONS AND TO ACCEPT NON-APPROPRIATED GRANT FUNDING.
