THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 50 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS UNIVERSITY CENTER LOCATED IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REFINANCED UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
