THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO STRATEGIC INITIATIVES FUND INC (SIF) IS TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO IN ITS ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE INVESTMENT, MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF FUNDS DEPOSITED WITH THE CORPORATION FROM THE UNIVERSITY. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES AND EVALUATES REQUESTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY FOR GRANTS IN AID TO SUPPORT KEY UNIVERSITY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.
