UPSTATE CARING PARTNERS FOUNDATION, INC. IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORT NEEDS.
