THIS ASSOCIATION ACTS AS THE GOVERNING BODY FOR TRACK AND FIELD IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. OUR PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP INTEREST IN THE SPORT, PROMOTE TRACK AND FIELD BY CONDUCTING COMPETITIONS AND EVENTS, AND GENERATING PUBLIC AWARENESS, APPRECIATION AND SUPPORT TO CREATE OPPORTUNITES FOR ATHLETES.
