The Utah County Public Defender Association is dedicated to ensuring justice and equity for all individuals facing criminal charges in Utah County, regardless of their financial circumstances. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we provide high-quality, compassionate, and zealous legal representation to indigent defendants, safeguarding their constitutional rights and advocating for fair treatment within the criminal justice system.
