THE MISSION OF THE UTICA TEACHER"S ASSOCIATION IS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OUR MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY TO BRING QUALITY EDUCATION, ECONOMIC JUSTICE, AND SOCIAL JUSTICE TO ALL BY ORGANIZING OUR MEMBERS AND SUPPORTING THEIR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND AFFIRMING THEIR RIGHTS BY CREATING A STRONGER PLOITICAL VOICE FOR OUR MEMBERS AND BY CHANGING THE LABOR MMOVEMENT TO CREATE A NEW VOICE FOR ALL IN OUR COMMUNITY.
