THE MISSION OF THE CHARITY IS TO HELP STATE AND LOCAL ELECTION OFFICES, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS ANALYZE, UPDATE, AND/OR MAINTAIN STATE AND LOCAL VOTER REGISTRATION LISTS. THE CHARITY PLANS TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALLY DESIGNED SOFTWARE, FOR LICENSES TO USE THE SOFTWARE, AND TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS WHO WILL CONDUCT THE VOTER REGISTRATION LIST ANALYSIS.
