VALLEJO COMMUNITY ARTS FOUNDATIONS PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO FURNISH FACILITIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY ARTS THROUGH EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT AND TO PROMOTE MUSIC, ART, THEATER, AND LITERARY EDUCATION IN WHATEVER WAY POSSIBLE.
