THE COUNCIL'S MISSION IS TO ADVANCE AND PRESERVE THE ARTS AT THE CENTER OF VERMONT COMMUNITIES. IT OFFERS GRANTS AND SERVICES INCLUDING WORKSHOPS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND ARTS INFORMATION, AND IS THE STATE'S FOREMOST ARTS ADVOCATE.
