The purpose for which the VBB is formed are: 1. To enhance the cultural experiences of the following Victor High School clubs: Victor Marching Band Victor Indoor Percussion Ensemble Cadet Winterguard and Varsity Winterguard. Hereinafter to be known as the bands. 2. Develop and manage the annual budget for the bands; 3. Raise funds for the bands; 4. Purchase and maintain uniforms props and other items for the bands; 5. Pay instructors salaries; 6. Contract for field show musical arrangements and choreography for the bands. 7. Provide for ancillary activities for band members and their parents including but not limited to picnics banquets and additional activities.
