THE ASSOCIATION IS INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF A RURAL WATER SYSTEM IN THE VIEWFIELD AREA WHERE MAJORITY OF THE WATER IS USED FOR LIVESTOCK CONSUMPTION.
