OPERATION OF AN ALL VOLUNTEER DONATION-BASED THRIFT STORE. HELPING SKAGIT COUNTY COMMUNITIES THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS, ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN MEETING BASIC NEEDS AS WELL AS MEDICAL OBLIGATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, FUNDS ARE PROVIDED TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WHO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WITH SIMILAR NEEDS.
