THE VJTI INTERNATIONAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WILL PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALUMNI OF THE VEERMATA JIJABAI TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE (VJTI), MUMBAI, INDIA TO NETWORK AND INTERACT VIA MEETUPS, GET TOGETHERS, SEMINARS, AND THE LIKE. ADDITIONALLY, THE VJTI INTERNATIONAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION AIMS TO LEVERAGE THE EXPERTISE OF VJTI ALUMNI TO MENTOR AND GUIDE STUDENTS, FACULTY, AND STAFF OF VJTI IN WAYS SUCH AS TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE EXPERTISE, CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND ASSOCIATED PROGRAMS, SUPPORTING STUDENT LEARNING, LEADERSHIP, CREATIVITY, AND EXCELLENCE, ENABLING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR FACULTY AND STAFF, AND IDENTIFYING THE RIGHT COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN VJTI AND US BASED UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS. THE ASSOCIATION WILL ALSO FACILITATE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS FOR TARGETED EDUCATION INITIATIVES AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR VJTI.
