MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION PAY ANNUAL DUES. THE ANNUAL DUES ARE USED TO PURCHASE LIFE INSURANCE FOR EACH OF ITS ACTIVE EXEMPT MEMBERS. UPON DEATH, THE DECEASED'S BENEFICIARY WILL RECEIVE A PAYOUT.
