FOCUSING ON THE PLAYERS FIRST, EACH INDIVIDUAL SHOULD HAVE STRONG FUNDAMENTALS, CONFIDENCE, AND CREATIVITY TO CARRY THEM TO THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL.
