TO PROVIDE A TRAIL THROUGH THE COUNTY IN AN ATTEMPT TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC, AND TO IMPROVE THE AWARENESS AND HEALTH OF THE EXISTING WILDLIFE LIVING NEAR THOSE TRAILS.
