TO PROVIDE STABILITY TO YOUTH WHO PRESENT THEMSELVES AS HOMELESS. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE IMMEDIATE PROVISION OF COORDINATED SERVICES; REUNIFICATION OF FAMILIES WHERE APPROPRIATE; THE PROVISION OF SUPERVISED EMERGENCY AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, WITH THE GOAL OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
