WASHINGTON CUTTING HORSE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY CUTTING HORSE EVENTS FULFILLING THE NEEDS OF CUTTERS OF ALL LEVELS SHOWING ALL LEVELS OF CUTTING HORSES FROM FUTURITY 3 YEAR OLDS TO OPEN WEEKEND HORSES. THE ORGANIZATION'S PHILOSOPHY IS TO PROVIDED A PLACE TO SEASON THE NOVICE HORSES AND TO PROVIDE A JUMPING IN POINT FOR THE BEGINNING CUTTER.
