THE WASHINGTON STATE ELKS ASSOCIATION CHARITABLE TRUST (THE TRUST) MISSION IS TO RECEIVE GRANTS FROM THE ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION (ENF) AND CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC, WHICH WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT VARIOUS PROGRAMS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF TRUST.
