FUNDING IS PROVIDED FOR BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS UTILITIES, RENT, FOOD, MEDICAL BILLS, AND OTHER LIVING EXPENSES. FUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO THE APPLICANT, BUT DISBURSED TO THE VENDOR OF THE OUTSTANDING BILL
